Reporter System
Coming in 2008 Numira's Multi-Plat™ Reporter System will dramatically alter the way researchers utilize animal models to study mechanisms of disease, its progression, and its response to a therapeutic intervention. Multi-Plat™ Reporter System allows researchers for the first time ever to understand and monitor these processes at the molecular level, in-vivo, in more physiologically relevant and predictive animal models using all the major imaging modalities - PET, SPECT, CT, MR and OPTICAL. We anticipate a wide range of applications in areas such as: characterization of gene expression and function; identification of mechanisms responsible for disease progression; evaluation of drug efficacy; and stem cell tracking.Multi-Plat™ Reporter System will be ideally suited for discovery and pre-clinical development programs in multiple therapeutic areas.
