This will explain how to find your Network Interface address on Windows 7.

Open the Start menu and select Control Panel.

Find and click on Network and Internet.

Find and click on Network and Sharing Center

Under your Active Network find and click on your connection, below our is labeled "Local Area Connection."

On the Connection Status pop up, find and click Details.

The line labeled Physical Address is the Network Interface address for your network card.
