You will start out working with our Director of Project Management, who will prepare a custom and confidential project specification document for the proposed research project. Our team will work with you to optimize all elements of the study to meet your desired result– image resolution, region of interest, species, age, file format, imaging processing requirements, analysis, timeframe, and reporting requirements.

After the study protocol is mutually agreed upon, we will forward specimen preparation and shipping instructions.

Once we receive the specimens, the project begins and we keep you posted every step of the way.  Initially, we schedule the project and provide you an estimated completion date.  For projects with a longer duration, you’ll receive periodic updates on our progress and findings.  

Finally, when we’re ready to begin the reporting process, we’ll double check with you to make sure we’ve included all the appropriate data and analysis in the report. You’ll see a draft, make your changes, and then we’ll deliver the final report through a secure on-line link.  The whole imaging and reporting process is easy, secure, reliable, and on time.
