You will start out working with our Project Managers or Technical Study Directors, who will prepare a custom and confidential project specification document for the proposed research project. In order to meet your desired result, our team will work with you to optimize all study elements – type of animal models, surgery and dosing protocols, efficacy testing, bio assay measurements, imaging specification and analysis, and histology/immunohistochemistry staining requirements.

After the study protocol is mutually agreed upon, we will begin preparations for study which may include ordering animals and supplies or sending out specimen preparation protocols.

Once the project begins, we keep you posted every step of the way.  Initially, we schedule the project and provide you an estimated completion date.  For projects with a longer duration, you’ll receive periodic updates on our progress and findings.

Finally, when we are ready to begin the reporting process, we will double check with you to make sure we have included all the appropriate data and analysis in the report.
